Aethercon VI – November 10-12
November has rolled around again with Aethercon in tow, this time for its sixth iteration. Aethercon, unlike many online conventions, attempts to provide a live convention feel in an online environment by providing easy access to tutorials, contests, seminars, a vendor’s hall, and of course – gaming. One perk about online conventions than cannot be touted enough is that although you still have to wait for your events to start, you do not have to wait in line~
Like last year, I did a little investigative reporting on two gaming companies, the outcome of which appear in the convention’s free magazine. If you are curious, you can find the magazine for download here.
Unlike last year, I have taken on a spot in support of Triple Ace Games to run a demonstration game of Leagues of Gothic Horror. Leagues of Gothic Horror is a supplement to the popular Leagues of Adventure, supporting a wide variety of supernatural and horror-themed gaming in the Victorian Age. Entitled ‘Death Where is Thy Sting?‘ the scenario will pit four siblings against the mysteries of their past, and the dangers of their present.
