Heroes Save Villages

Yesterday, I sat down to chat (in the video conference sense) with Kevin Madison who hosts the Dungeon Musings YouTube Channel and Podcast. I contacted him because each year I notice him doing a fundraiser called Heroes Save Villages, and I thought it was long past time that I asked for (and shared) details about what that is all about.

In Kevin’s own words, here is what the fundraiser is about and what it entails for those who donate:
Hello All!
My name is Kevin Madison, and I am the host of the Dungeon Musings YouTube channel.
I have set up this campaign to benefit SOS Children’s Villages International, to raise money for the over 80,000 orphaned and abandoned children who benefit from the SOS Children’s Villages International services.
From July 1, 2020 until noon MST on September 1, 2020, for every $25.00 donated, you will receive one chance to win one of the prizes available in the raffle, including the Grand Prize of Beadle & Grimm’s Gold Edition Eberron: Rising From the Last War boxed set.
Once you make your donation, please be sure to send me an email at dungeonmusings@gmail.com letting me know that you made a donation, so that I can contact the winners!
Thanks in advance to all who support this campaign and good luck to all who enter the raffle!
For those who would like to hear Kevin speak on this topic and about gaming interests, biases, and philosophies for running and playing in games, please check out the video below.
