Casting Shadows

Anyone who plays FFG Star Wars or Genesys will likely have an easy time finding a story of Triumph (or its opposite), but I suspect there are fondly remembered tales of epic success and tragic failure in pretty much every gaming group that has played for any significant amount of time. It’s in the nature of the hobby to face challenges of one kind or another, be they social, mental, physical, or something else entirely like the death of language or coming up with a good framing scene. Facing challenges ultimately leads to opportunity to succeed as desired or to do something else.
